In order to file bankruptcy you must now take a pre-filing bankruptcy counseling course.  You are also required to complete a Personal Financial Management Course.

There is a $60.00 charge, single or joint, for each course in addition to our fees and the court filing fees.

Upon completing the Bankruptcy Information  Form you will be prompted to make this payment.  We will enroll you in the course and send you instructions on how to complete the course online.

While the information is exhaustive, the testing is not based on memory and the ability to retain all of the information.

Once you have completed filling out all of the information we need to prepare your petition, you will be prompted to make the additional payment for the course.  If you have already taken the course you will be able to skip this part of the process.
